Great custom case
Got a 'personalized photo phone case'. Uploading my photo was simple. Case arrived in 5 days, looks sharp. Fits my phone well. Very happy with it.
Good protection, slow support
I ordered a 'shockproof bumper case' for my new iPhone, along with a 'screen protector' and a 'charging cable'. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, easy to find what I needed. Delivery took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long, but everything was packaged well. The case itself seems very sturdy and fits perfectly; I've already dropped my phone once, and it did its job. The screen protector was also easy to apply, no bubbles. However, I had a question about the charging cable (it seemed a bit shorter than advertised) and tried contacting customer support via their online form. It took them almost 3 days to get back to me, which was a little frustrating. The cable works fine though, just something to note if you need quick assistance.
Pretty good, could be faster
I picked up an 'aesthetic pattern case' and an 'AirPods Pro case'. Both items look really nice, and the aesthetic case feels solid in hand. The AirPods case is a good fit too. My main gripe is the shipping time; it took just over a week to arrive. While the items are as described and seem well-made, I've had faster deliveries from other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I emailed about a tracking update, so that's a plus. Overall, satisfied with the products, but they could improve on getting things out the door quicker.
Case is nice
Got a 'clear protective case' for my phone. It's not too bulky and shows off my phone color, which is what I wanted. Feels pretty grippy so it won't slide out of my hand easily. Shipping was okay, took about a week. No complaints, it's a good case.
Love my new case!
Just received my 'marble print case' and it's even prettier in person! The colors are so vibrant and it feels really nice and durable. It slipped onto my phone perfectly. I also got a 'phone grip' which matches great. Everything came super fast too, much quicker than I expected. I am definitely coming back for an 'Apple Watch band' next. This store is awesome!
